5) We will have a note and tell you the sample is ready ,you need only tell us how to ship,and then our staff will arrange the transport according .
3.Product quotation:

4. Mass production and quality control

1) Our company provide customer shipping service of FOB and CIF but without insurance.
2) If you have a forwarder to service for you in China ,we will just contact them for your shipping under you /confirm/i.if not ,we we will find a suitable shipping company with best cheapest and good service for you select.and then we will arrange to send the container on board .
6. Customer complain
1) Although we did everything very hard, however any complain is still feedback to us from customer. Please don't worry that we will deadly earnest to deal with your requirement,maybe that need a few days .
2) When we get customer's information about some quality problems complain,we will check the sample and re-check in the factory to see what cause the problem happen,and then we will thinking a solution for customer .
3) If it is our problem cause the poor quality products,we will re-make for our customer as our promised or get our indemnify for the same cost .
